Regional Networks

BCCNA is pleased to announce that a 'Regional Networks' program is in development.

These Regional Networks are open to all nursing designations, patients, other health care providers and community members and will serve as a conduit between professional associations, the BCCNA, members and stakeholders to influence and shape the direction of nursing policy in B.C.

Regional Networks have two primary goals:
  • Develop a mechanism in which regional health and nursing policy and practice issues can be identified, communicated, and further addressed within the region's specific context.
  • Provide a vehicle for professional associations and the BCCNA to disseminate information across the province, and ensure access to programs and services are not restricted based on geographical location.
Regions will not be focused on health authority boundaries but rather geographic regions with distinct issues. Have a look at our map and let us know what we're missing.

Check back often as we continue to shape this exciting new program based on your feedback and input.

If you are interested in starting a regional network, please fill in the web form and we'll get back to you within three business days.
